Price

All prices are displayed on the powerball-gyros.com website and include VAT at 17.5% where applicable. All prices are shown in UK pounds. We provide a 'currency assistant' on our 'Products' page which is to be used as a quick guide only.

Payment

Payment methods accepted include Switch, Solo, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, and Paypal. We can also accept Cheque or Postal Order payments from UK customers only. If paying by Cheque or Postal Order please advise in writing your order details, full name, address including full post code, contact telephone number and email address if available. All invoices/receipts will be issued to the cardholder at the cardholders address and will be issued in UK pounds only. Payment may be processed online via the secure Protx Payment Gateway or over the telephone by calling 0845 108 1559.

International Orders

Customers outside the European Community (EC), are responsible for any applicable import duty and/or tax in the country of delivery. For further information please check with your local Customs office or website.

Order Acceptance

Once you have placed an online order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This is for your convenience only and does not constitute the acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete when Powerball Gyros send you another email confirming the dispatch of your item(s).

Delivery

Delivery is Free of Charge to all Worldwide destinations. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail or Courier, and estimated delivery times to UK, Europe and Rest of the World are detailed on the 'Products' page of the powerball-gyros.com website. Orders delivered to outside the EC may be delayed slightly by the destination country's Customs organisation. In the event of delayed delivery, please check with your local Post Office and/or Customs Office before contacting us.

90 Day Money Back Guarantee and Returns

Powerball Gyros is confident that the Powerball will meet and exceed your expectations. However, in the unlikely event that you are dis-satisfied with your new product you may return it to ourselves for a full refund within 90 days of your purchase date. We only require that the Powerball be in full working order and that you can provide proof of purchase. This guarantee applies to products purchased via the powerball-gyros.com website only. When returning an item by post, you must obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office which may be requested by us at any time. Please note that these certificates are provided free of charge. On receipt of your Powerball, a full refund will be returned to your method of payment as soon as possible, providing the above conditions are satisfied.

Lifetime Warranty

Active Sports Ltd supplies all Powerballs with a Lifetime Warranty for Repair or Replacement whether purchased via the powerball-gyros.com website or via one of our listed Stockists. If in doubt please do not hesitate to email us and ask. Before contacting us regarding your Powerball please refer to the FAQ section on the powerball-gyros.com website which details information for repairing minor ailments quickly and easily. If you need any spare parts or would like to send your Powerball to us for examination please advise us by email.

Email Privacy

Active Sports Ltd may contact customers from time to time with news and special offers. Under no circumstances will Powerball Gyros sell, rent, or lease your details, or your client details (name, address, email etc...) to any other third party. An 'Opt Out' link is provided with each email we send.
