Hey,
I got this awesome piece of kit for Christmas from an Auntie and it is seriously one of the most enjoyable and fun presents i have ever received! whenever i am doing nothing i always pick it up and start spinning it more in my left arm so i can get that up to par with my right arm! You know you have done some good muscle building when you finish and your arms feel like they are going to fall off! Going to reccomend this and show it off to all my friends!

Have used 'The Ball' now for some weeks, it does exactly what it says on the site! Longer drives, faster up the climbing wall and as an added bonus not yet mentioned have extended the guitar sets I play by almost 30 mins. Keep up the good work!

I have been suffering from wrist repetitive stress injury for about one year due to competitive clay shooting and perhaps too much typing in the office. I do not play golf but am a bit of a fitness fanatic. When I bought the Powerball I think I totally underestimated the word Power. It is so much more than I expected and has really pumped up my arms. It does take a bit of getting used to but for a real fun workout I would highly recommend this product.

I bought the powerball about 2 month ago. Its great for the office as everyone tries to out do each other. Great for compos in office. I cant put it down I currently hold 12,777 RPM for the speed of powerball (office current record). Dont forget to put the wrist strap on, to stop the powerball from hitting the floor, when it tries to jump out of your hand.

Powerball is a device that can be used for fun, exercise, and a thousand other things. although i use it for the pure fun of having a small tornado to wrestle in your hands (and the more you wrestlle it, the more powerful it gets!) it can be used for golf training, ect.

Have used the Powerball just about every day for the last six months. The main thing I've noticed is increased definition in my arm muscles. The best thing I've noticed is that I no longer get any wrist pain from typing on a keyboard all day, or from playing badminton. I fly powerkites, and have had a few falls, hurting my arms and shoulders, but 10 or 15 minutes on the Powerball and my pains almost completely go away.

The powerball get's advertised mostly as a tool to improve you on various sport-activities but one thing that I would REALLY recommend it for is for Guitar playing! As opposed to other methods of gaining muscle mass and strength in the fore arms *ahem*; I opted for the powerball. I am very impressed with this excellent peice of intelligent yet simple engineering! Being tall and not very muscular; I obviously had matchstick-thin arms; I fixed the biceps via dumbell curls and similar techniques but my forearms just would not grow or gin any more definition! With the new powerball; I have made tremendous gains in look/size/strength. this is evident as in the first few days I was maxing out at round 7,900 RPM; which is very, very bad! Then I slowly progressed and my current high score is 11,289 RPM!!! Thanks!
